What is Nyonya?
The Peranakan Culture (they were called Babas & Nyonyas) is a unique and vibrant culture found in Malaysia. It is a culture that encompasses the influences of traditional Malay, Chinese and European cultures and forms a cohesive united Peranakan identity.
